In redoing the campaign for Hackensack Meridian Carrier Clinic, we wanted everything to feel real, So, we interviewed several people who had been through substance abuse rehab there, and tried to create videos reflected what it takes to admit you need help, The work resonated, and the center saw about a 300% increase in call volume.
